Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Wise Rebel. “You” or “your” refers to the individual or organisation using our services.

2. What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to all Wise Rebel offerings, including but not limited to:

• Online programmes and courses
• Coaching or advisory sessions
• Consulting and Technical Advice
• Events, retreats, public speaking and workshops
• Digital resources, written materials, and recordings
• Memberships or communities

Additional terms may apply to specific programmes and will be provided where

relevant.

3. Our Services

Wise Rebel provides leadership development, learning experiences, and reflective

spaces designed to support insight, growth, and wise action.

We do not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice.

You remain fully responsible for how you apply anything shared through our work.

4. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Any information you provide to us is accurate and complete

5. Payment & Fees

• Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in full prior to programmes commencing or within 14 days of invoicing. Payment plans may be made available for individual clients and terms will be agreed on an individual basis.
• Access to services may be withheld if payment is incomplete

We reserve the right to change prices, but this will not affect purchases already

made.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Specific cancellation and refund terms may vary by programme and will be stated at

point of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed
• Coaching sessions require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling
• Event and retreat deposits are non refundable.

If Wise Rebel cancels an event or programme, you will be offered a refund or alternative.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Wise Rebel, including text, recordings, exercises,

frameworks, and visuals, remains the intellectual property of Wise Rebel.

As an individual you may:

• Use materials for your personal learning and development

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials without written permission
• Use content for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed

Specific agreements may be made with organisations for internal distribution of

recordings and programme materials.

8. Confidentiality & Community Spaces

Where services involve group spaces or shared dialogue:

• We expect participants to treat others’ contributions as confidential
• We cannot guarantee the behaviour of other participants, but we reserve the
• right to remove anyone who breaches this principle

9. Your Responsibility

You agree to:

• Engage respectfully with others
• Take responsibility for your own wellbeing and choices
• Seek appropriate professional support if needed

Wise Rebel is not responsible for decisions you make as a result of participating.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Wise Rebel will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant
• service

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Scottish law.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy which can be provided on request.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on our website and on request.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Scotland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
