I’ve spent my career with one foot in two worlds: one in the reality of leading at scale, and one in the deeper, more human questions that sit beneath it all. I know what it’s like to have a heart for leadership and a soul that leans toward something more expansive, more thoughtful, more true.

I’ve spent my career with one foot in two worlds: one in the reality of leading at scale, and one in the deeper, more human questions that sit beneath it all. I know what it’s like to have a heart for leadership and a soul that leans toward something more expansive, more thoughtful, more true.
My experience spans both. I was Customer Service Director at Sky, leading a team of over 10,000 people, before co-founding Remarkable Leadership, a movement that reached more than 1,000 women. I now work with senior and executive leaders across private and public sectors. Alongside this, I hold an MBA, completed Seth Godin’s altMBA, and trained with Brené Brown as a Dare to Lead™ facilitator. This combination shapes how I see leadership: practical, human, and deeply complex.

Wise Rebel was created for those who sense that the old ways of leading no longer fit, but don’t want to default to louder, faster, or more performative alternatives. The work sits at the intersection of strategy and soul, helping leaders navigate complexity without losing themselves in the process.

I don’t offer quick fixes or tidy answers. Instead, I work with people who are willing to ask deeper questions and make braver moves: leaders who want to understand what’s really happening beneath behaviour, dynamics and decision-making. This is a space for thoughtful, values-led leaders and quiet disruptors who are ready to respond differently, even when it feels uncertain. If you’re looking for certainty, this may feel uncomfortable. If you’re looking for something more true, you’ll likely recognise yourself here.

Through Wise Rebel, I offer a range of programmes and spaces designed to support leaders and humans who care about the world working in complexity. Through Wise Rebel, I offer a range of programmes and spaces designed to support leaders and humans who care about the world working in complexity. These include flagship programmes such as The Leadership Dilemma; exploring 12 questions with no easy answers, The Crossing which brings a grounded, human approach to a new era of working with AI, and Leading with Sovereignty; a practical course for responding with clarity under pressure.
Alongside these, I offer executive and personal coaching, run retreats at my home in Findhorn ecovillage and guide an intimate community of Wise Rebels who want to explore what's inside their soul beyond what they do in the world.
I speak regularly at corporate events and conferences and offer team coaching and workshops to those who want to dive deeper into new ways of thinking.
Across all of my work, the aim is the same: to help us move beyond the status quo and instead develop the clarity, steadiness and courage to live and lead in a way that actually feels true.
