We’re not trying to replicate what already exists. We’re building something that doesn’t. A true expedition with purpose.

The Crossing is for discerning leaders and thinkers who can feel the future humming at their heels and want to respond with integrity, creativity and soul.
We’ll explore:

- How to discern between fast solutions and true insight

- How to stay rooted in wisdom, embodiment, and presence, whilst still moving at the pace of real change
The Dance of Off and On
Some of your richest discoveries won’t happen in front of the machine, they’ll happen while walking, journaling, pausing, processing, wrestling with something in silence and then returning with gold.
We’ll be training in soulful strategy — asking better questions, staying in the heat of the unknown longer, using AI to provoke, stretch, and sometimes agitate us into the next iteration of our gifts.
You’ll learn how to optimise GPTs pattern matching in ways that offer you fresh insights and expanded thinking - as an individual and a strategic thinker.
We'll never rely on machine intelligence alone but we will use it to bring your thinking to life.
What to expect (practically)
- You’ll meet fortnightly with the group for live 2-hour sessions (dates will be finalised once the group is complete)
- You’ll also have fieldwork between sessions, things you'll be doing anyway - creative, strategic, and soulful - some of it inner, some of it for your work
- I’ll provide regular ‘field notes’ and provocations via voice, video or writing
- You’ll get direct experience working with ChatGPT and guidance on how to prompt, shape and deepen its usefulness
- You’ll be part of a small group. A mix of entrepreneurs, leaders, coaches and consultants who are ready to walk into the unknown with clarity and rigour, not panic or polish.
